Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or store credit (less shipping and handling costs). Refunds and returns are dependent upon safe return of the item(s) within 15 days of invoice date and excludes any seasonal items. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice in original packaging. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to be applied to your credit card. Returned items can be exchanged for anything available on our website. Any items returned after 15 days of invoice date are not acceptable, and will be sent back at the customer's expense. All purchases of sale, clearance, discounted, promotional, seasonal and closeout items are final. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or worn cannot be accepted for refund or exchanged for any other item(s) at any time. Due to their seasonal nature, all purchases of Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's Day merchandise are final and may not be returned for a refund.
Toys/Novelties
Because of the sensitive nature of our items, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item that may have come in contact with erogenous areas of the body or bodily fluids (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.). We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged or non-functioning product. Please contact our customer service department online at info@ bedbehavior.com (within 5 days of receiving your order) for return authorizations. Any item that is returned without authorization will not be accepted and sent back. Returned items can only be replaced or store credit will be issued.
Discreet Shipping
All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain boxes, padded envelopes, or FedEx/USPS supplied packaging. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations. For international shipments, where we must describe package contents, the descriptions are discreet and generic—i.e., “lotion” or “plastic toy”.
