Store Policies

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo. Your card will be billed by Bed Behavior for the total amount of your order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept any returns for a refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 15 days of delivery. Please allow an additional 15 days for your refund to be applied.

All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. All returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. We will exchange items for anything available on our website within 15 days of delivery. Any item that is damaged, soiled, or worn cannot be accepted for refund or exchange. Any orders cancelled after the credit card has been processed will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. All purchases of sale, clearance, and closeout items are final.

Seasonal Items: Due to the seasonal nature of our business we do not accept returns for refund or store credit on clothing and accessories purchased during the months of September and October. All sales on Halloween costumes are final.

Bed Behavior collects 8.25% sales tax for all shipments within the state of California.

Bed Behavior ships all orders via FedEx. Therefore, we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. If you must have your order delivered to a PO Box, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days (for in-stock items). Delivery time depends upon the shipping method selected and the delivery address. If a time-guaranteed shipping method is selected, the order must be placed by 12pm Pacific Time in order to ship the same day.

Shipping charges are based on the method selected and the subtotal of the order.
